We accept both international and domestic payments. We support Paypal driven payments for International transactions. We are in the process of expanding the payment options for buyers from outside India. For domestic payments, our payment gateway tie up allows for Debit cards/Credit cards/ Netbanking / UPI Payments . In case of payment failure, please make another attempt while ensuring your information entered on the payment gateway is accurate i.e. card details, expiry date, etc. and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
If your account has been debited after a failed payment transaction, the amount will be credited back to your account by your bank. This usually takes less than 3 working days. You can get in touch with us with your order number via an email to us at email@example.com for additional clarifications.
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure delivery to all major countries and domestic destinations. We regularly cater packages to Australia, Europe, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, USA and many other places.
When you order on our site, shipments are sent out within 8-10 working days. Once a shipment is dispatched, we will send you an email with your order tracking information.
The estimated shipment timeline for each product is mentioned in the respective product description section. If you want the product delivered at an earlier date or within a specific date, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the same or mention in the check out notes so that we take suitable measures to ensure the product(s) is shipped as per the required timeline. We will not entertain order cancellations/returns/refunds if the product is shipped within the timeline indicated by us in the product description section, unless you have specifically requested for earlier delivery and the same is confirmed by us via email.
